Madhusilica, a prestigious project undertaken by Arch Vista Design Consultant, stands as a architectural brilliance. Spanning across two phases, Phase 1 in 2013 encompassed an area of approximately 7000 sqm, followed by Phase 2 in 2016 covering 6000 sqm. The project aimed to create a modern and sustainable structure using modern materials and design. 

At the core of Madhusilica's design lies the implementation of Architectural Wall Panel (AWP) blended with PIR core, a building material known for its durability, insulation properties, and aesthetic appeal. Integrating PIR AWP panels into the project's design to ensure optimal thermal insulation, structural stability, and visual harmony.

PIR AWP panels offered numerous benefits, including high level of insulation against heat and sound, lightweight construction, and flexibility in design. The panels' versatility allowed for seamless integration into the architectural vision, resulting in a cohesive and visually striking facade.

Despite the numerous advantages of AWP panels, challenges were encountered during the implementation phase. The need for precise installation to maintain structural integrity, ensuring compatibility with other building components while meeting stringent quality standards were among the key challenges addressed by the project team. Additionally, coordinating construction activities across multiple phases required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure timely completion without compromising quality.
